Arctic and sub-Arctic landscapes are some of the most beautiful and challenging areas to work in. These regions are changing faster than anywhere else on earth due to the disproportionate effects of climate change, and cascading impacts of altered biological relationships. My work in these regions started in grad school, and broadly covers altered predator-prey relationships, the development of drone technology for surveying remote regions, and northern community led ecology projects.
